What happens to your problems when you are fully available yet?

Life is full of problems.

Or will appear.

Payment debts, mouths to maintain, politics in the office, flies of families, health issues, the exciting state of the world … the sorrow that is chronic – rains.

As soon as you have won one problem when life strikes the next slap.

Problems seem part of unavoidable life.

But, maybe there is more in the story?

Here’s a question to ask:

Do you have any problems now? By this moment?

Or maybe you probably like a long train that spends a trip carrying his heavy suits on his head rather than on his side?

Your living condition may be full of problems. Many living conditions are. But find if you have a problem in this moment. Not tomorrow or ten minutes, but now. Do you have a problem now? -Eckart torlle

If you look closely to the problems above, you’ll see that, unless you’re chasing for the team for the moment, your problems are only on your mind.

Every time – pleasant, some challenge – but it is a concept living on them and answers them to be problems.

It can’t break their days that think about little escape had yesterday or concern about the opportunity for a hunt tomorrow.

In life are only conditions. Problems are the background of the human mind.

What happens to your problems where you are?

Here’s a powerful exercise to try. Would you like to listen to the sound version below?

Think about the difficulties that exist in your life. It can be a little worried problem. Or something very important maybe?

Spend a few minutes thinking about it and connect any feelings or feelings your problem resurrect.

1. Now change your self-breathing attention. Comment a cool air condition as you pass your nostrils in the soul and breach.

No worries in the present time

Suppose you are preparing for the tourist room to be your son-in-law visiting Christmas. Your mind is already around the circles, expecting to be brave and upset at all times around your mother-in-law.

Suddenly, your big toes on the bed leg and crying in pain.

What happens to ‘trouble’ and your father-in-law?
