Peace is your true nature

When I gave the free sessions of the free Taster, he never surprised me that before the time they had attended the first time they tried.

The most happy people who are happy are able to feel peace and internal calm during the first time to meditate.

How is this possible?

Because peace already exists. It’s your true nature, no matter how to worry.

The mind is like a sound radio station that emits your peace-keeping silence.

Most people want peace in wrong places (in my opinion of at least 🙂

When experiencing negative thoughts, it makes a perfect sense of believing that the solution is in trying to repair or change them.

You Want to Peace of The mind is by trying to change anxious, sad, or angry, happy.

I tried this way for many years and got two things:

  1. It takes great effort, hard work and perseverance (with high-restricted return)
  2. Takes years

When I have an awareness of 2004, peace arrived quickly …. Like thunderbolt!

In fact, it wasn’t. Peace was always right, waiting patiently.

There is no need to change a single thing in mind.

I found what I am calling now makes peace Reference the mind.

As Usargangadatta said in the above estimate, the mind is not natural.

Trying to find peace in a relaxed mind naturally like trying to wipe the wide range.

Happily, there is a very simple, quick way of how- a means that do not require modification or mind … and no time.

You are currently connecting your true nature, peace is like that.

Your true nature and peace is one and the same thing.

Peace of your true nature

“Don’t be a peaceful person. Be at peace.”

When you are sitting in the cinema, waiting for a movie to start, all you see is the screen.

When the movie entries begin, they are soon baptized in the story and then to suit the screen.

The screen did not go anywhere but, absorb the movie, you are no longer seeing you.

In this Analoonity, exciting images are your thoughts and screen to raise awareness or consciousness. We can use different names to call this.

In fact, there are two parts of your experience at any time – the full-time part, remains moving (mind) and a consistent mirror playing.

We are in the diagnostic field of diagnosis rather than substum.

Subxtratum, your real nature, and so on.

The Indian cultural culture, they use the name Sat-Chit-Ananda which means truth, knowing, to blow to identify who we are. If there is no mental, this is what is left.

This is what the spiritual Lord, Papajis means that when he said:

“Don’t try to become a peaceful person. Be peaceable.”

Peace is who are … no matter how far. It’s your true nature.

What is needed to achieve, a car to take us to the mental part of our personality.

The sea gives the best metaphor.

In the face, it is always moving but in the depth, right and quiet.
