How to Coler the Unending Mind


You do not suffer because your mind is restless, suffering because you believe it should not be.

Everyone has an unsuccessful sense. Everyone, without different.

Cannot be one way.

The spiritual teacher of India, Sisargadatta, summarizes the kind of concept in the following statement:

“There is nothing like peace of mind. The mind means disturbance; intolerance is the mind.”

The mind is unsuccessful. They are both like.

Not only is there anything that is “wrong” with restless mind, the turmoil, together. Cannot be one way. The mind means disturbance.

Expecting mind is to stay and peace is like the grass to be a pink or expect that water is dry.

Trying to change all your restless thoughts become calm, the peace is like trying to make an iron.

According to inner peace goes, having an invisible idea is not a serious problem.

We are suffering because we believe something is wrong in ways is not.

Suffer, not because the mind is restless, but because you believe it should not be

Peace of mind vs peace mentally

 

As Sisargadta said, “There is nothing like peace of mind. The mind says disturbance. The mind isn’t mindful.”

Most people want peace of mind. They believe (logically) that coping with peace is the result of having peaceful thoughts.

If you have faced a panic, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, will know how difficult these thoughts are, will no longer have the converted, quiet, peaceable.

You would spend the rest of your life to confidence happen. And many people do.

Don’t fire the second arrow

Buddhists use the expression “second arrow” to explain how many people responded not to the challenging thoughts … and build more suffering.

Let’s use concerns as an example.

An anxious thought or feeling appears (itself) with your awareness.

You’re not choosy. It is proud.

The anxious thought then removes unquestionable reaction.

“This is bad. This is wrong. I don’t have to hear this. Something is wrong with me. I can’t remove it like this.” I’m terrible. “

This is the second arrow.

Most of our suffering comes, not in real thoughts but from coming to the next.

When we are very resistous, the more we suffer.

Imagine if you accept the thought or sense of experience instead – to see that it is just a concept, realizing that it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.

This is said for making peace and mind.

They may feel unpleasant … But when you relax and stop the idea that there is ‘wrong’, most suffering ‘disappears.’

This is what the Buddhists meant “pain is inevitable. Suffering is chosen.”

 

The mind is not resting, neurotic, crazy … and that is right, even if it doesn’t feel good.

The Best Way to Contribute Again

This is one of my favorite Analogies to deal with restless and difficult mind.

Imagine that you find yourself closed in a small space with angry bull, kick and snap … not unlike the mind tied within your head and neurotic.

Here is the worst thing you can do in this situation.

You can try to fight with her – forcing her to be slightly fenced. When you continue to fight and invite him, you are more than more accessible.

So, what is the best solution?

Lovide her. Give him a big, open field to go around. Meeting without resistance, will soon end in the vein and sit down. Left her alone for 5 minutes and will be laughingfully.

So how does this work in the undeniable mind?

Let it be rest. Don’t do it. Don’t fight. Don’t try to control it.

I remember the time when my thoughts were too big, they felt they were chopped on my face like a strong ski-mask. Maybe you can tell?

There was no space between me and thoughts. As a bull in a slightly enclosed area, they took everywhere.

As you learn more to return and return the mind to do its thing, without resisting, without encounter – you start to meet your thoughts on a large stadium.

You realize that small mental dramas only take a small place in the tonight of who you are.
